This is also a great little pattern to use up odd bits of leftover yarn.
Techniques: Knitting in the round on double-point needles, basic chart reading, cabling, stretchy bind off of your choice (I use Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off in the sample), and casting on in the middle of a row.
