Actias Luna Moth Beret

Product Description

This design is a modern twist on the classic beret. Soft faux fur yarn is used for the body to mimic the head of a Luna moth. The beret works up extremely quickly due to the bulky yarn and is quite warm. The antennae are worked in the round and seamed to the front of the hat. They’re a little fussy with the twisted stitches, but the twisting is necessary to give the antennae enough strength to stand up on their own.

This was designed to be paired with Actias Luna Moth Wings Shawl:

It will complete the look if you so choose.
