Do you have mountains of yarn scraps? Time to break them out and put them to work! This quick cowl will eat up your little yarn scraps and bring them together in an interesting, sophisticated way. It’s lovely to work it up with various weights of yarn, but works just fine with one weight. Make sure that if you do plan to change yarns, you do so only when indicated in the pattern. Also, make sure that you use yarn scraps that are worsted weight or finer.

Sizes: Short (Long), measuring 48” (72”)/122 (183) cm in circumference. The short version will wrap around the neck up to 2 times. The long version will wrap around the neck up to 3 times. Shown in Long size, wrapped 3 times around the neck.

Yarn: 300 (425 yards)/275 (400) meters of worsted or lighter weight yarn. Minimum amount of yarn of a single color is about 50 yards/45 meters. This is the perfect pattern to use up odd bits of yarn and scraps. The more color and weight changes, the more interesting things become!
